e-learning stress management package

"People Like Us" (PLUS) is a new and unique e-learning package for employees. Devised in 2005, it complements the HSE Management Standards for Stress, and supports employers who strive to achieve the standards.

Stress is a major cause of absence from work, so training in stress management is as vital as training in handling dangerous substances, or fire prevention, or working at heights. Unlike most H & S factors, stress potentially affects everyone, so all employees should receive stress management training.

PLUS runs on your intranet, or can be externally hosted on a password protected web site, so you get to see who started the course, who finished, and (from the results of some short quizzes) how well they absorbed the content.
